Refund Eligibility
We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 7 days before a scheduled session or program start date. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable unless the session is cancelled by Brightankleio.
How to Request a Refund
Email your refund request to info@brightankleio.world with your booking details. We will respond within 2 business days and process refunds within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellation by Brightankleio
If we cancel a session due to insufficient registrations, unforeseen circumstances, or facilitator illness, you will receive a full refund and the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session at no cost if you cancel at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a rescheduling fee of NZD 50.
Team Programs
For team and group programs, changes can be accommodated within 48 hours. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless Brightankleio cancels the program.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, payment is forfeited and no refund is issued. However, you may reschedule for a future session with a 50% credit toward the rescheduled date.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Bank refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- Sessions attended in full.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled session.
- No-shows without prior notice.
- Partial attendance or incomplete programs.
Complaints & Disputes
If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, please contact us at info@brightankleio.world with supporting documentation. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
